Arroz caldoso con rape y sepia


Este arroz es bastante habitual hacerlo en casa, nos gusta mucho y con pocos ingredientes queda muy sabroso.
Espero que os guste.

Ingredientes:
300 gr. de rape troceado
200 gr. de sepia troceada
200 gr. de gamba pelada
400 gr. de arroz
2 cebollas pequeñas troceadas
2 tomates rallados
1 Ajo troceado
Azafrán
Perejil
Sal
2 litros de agua o caldo de pescado
8 cucharadas de aceite

Preparación:
En una sartén de fondo grueso calentamos el aceite con un poco de sal, salteamos el rape y las gambas, retiramos y añadimos la sepia, la cebolla y el ajo, cuándo esté pochado añadimos el tomate. Sofreímos bien y agregamos el agua o caldo. Añadimos el rape, y el arroz. Lo tendremos unos 20 minutos y unos 5 antes de acabar la cocción del arroz añadimos las gambas y un poquito de perejil, rectificamos de sal. El arroz ha de quedar caldoso.

A mi eso de los arroces , es lo que mas me va.
Yo no puedo hacerlos caldosos porque en casa les gusta mas seco.Antes , mucho tiempo atras , cuando todavía vivía con mis padres , podía hacerlo caldoso , a mi padre y a mi nos gustaba mucho.
